Mario Paquet is president and co-owner of SCL Bouchard Surveillance and Securcondo Corp. SCL Bouchard is a family business founded in 2005. Seasoned businessman, both in Canada and in the United States, he has been running the 2 family businesses since their acquisition in 2018. Mario has extensive experience in real estate. Endowed with an exceptional capacity in problem solving, he always uses his experience for the benefit of his customers. He also has a university degree in administration, having studied at Laval University, UQAM and Concordia University.
Nathalie Lamothe is an interior designer and co-owner. She is responsible for all and any renovation projects. Nathalie has over 35 years of experience in the renovation and construction field. She manages all the company's renovation projects and always puts her expertise at the service of our customers. She specializes in the management of renovation projects of all kinds. From a simple ''à la carte'' consultation to a major, turnkey renovation. She assists you throughout the renovation process, your purchases, furniture, materials, decoration. She is also the person to contact for permit procedures and inspections with the cities. Nathalie is your best accomplice in the development of your property in Florida. She studied at UQAM in Montreal.
Joseph Paquet Lamothe is vice-president of operations and co-owner. He is responsible for inspections and business development. Joseph has excellent experience in the field with our inspection and intervention teams. A high-level specialist in emergency response, he has excellent expertise in managing crisis situations of all kinds, hurricanes, water damage that requires rapid interventions to reduce the risk of mold propagation and other problems that will require renovations. Excellent claims manager with insurance companies to represent our clients and protect your property. Graduated in Business Management in Florida, he also holds a License in Community Association Management LCAM from the State of Florida.
